"Lance and Amber were such warm and welcoming hosts; I felt like I already knew them and we were seeing each other again like long lost friends. They are two of the most thoughtful and present people in this universe.
Lance took us on a beautiful hike to a peaceful field by a stream for morning yoga and meditation. The state park in Saratoga Springs was the perfect location for and Later that evening his beautiful wife, Amber led us through a powerful yoga and breathing practice that will stay with me forever.
I learned so much from her - from both of them — about how to take care of myself. They thoughtfully curated this wonderful experience — from the gift basket upon arrival, to the care put in to connecting, to allowing us to explore and discover through journaling, to grounding us into the present with them during the group practices.
