The Best Winter Yoga Retreats

Our yoga retreats are consistently ranked among the best yoga retreat's available in the USWhy?  Because we pour heart and soul into every detail in order to create the most profound healing experience possible.

1)  We Teach Genuine, Authentic Yoga.

Look across the West for yoga and what you will find is a stylized, amped up version of yoga.  Its pretty, but its focused more on burning calories then the actual meaning of yoga - to unite and align with the universe.

Because of this, you're missing out on much of yoga's greatest benefits.

We combine traditional, REAL Hatha yoga practices with hiking and forest bathing in nature for spectacular results.  In fact, the overwhelming majority of our clients report that they return home feeling lighter, more peaceful, purposeful and often times completely transformed.

2)  We Have a Standard of Luxury + Comfort.

Have you ever noticed that yoga retreats tend to pack people into rooms, dorm style?

2, 3 & 4 guests all jammed into a space with small single beds and a shared bathroom.  That doesn't exactly sound restorative to us...

So, we've hand-selected only the best luxury resorts and boutique Inn's to host retreats at across the US and offer only upgraded private rooms and suites as a standard for optimal comfort, space and - dare we say - serenity.

3)  We Drop the Ego and Focus on Heart.

We work with all ages and levels of students and welcome those new to yoga.  We drop the ego here and create an accepting, supportive and nurturing environment for you to flourish in.

This is not about showing off what style your pants are, or how pretty your dancer is.

Its about going deep, getting real and discovering who you are.

Are you ready?

What Our Students Say

"The experience was first class. Amber & Lance strive to make sure their group are informed, treated like VIPs and able to have the best experience possible. From the pre-retreat communication, throughout the event and follow-up, I felt their sincere desire to make each one of us know how much they cared. The stay was wonderful and the chosen hotel was wonderful with friendly staff. I’m not a huge fan of hiking and I loved the Yoga Hiking with Lance! The hikes were not extremely difficult, but it was wonderful to be out in the Red Rock of Sedona and not feel as if we were in a race or needed special skill. It was refreshing. Amber’s yoga sessions were phenomenal and I learned so much about breath work. It was a special group that came together and I truly treasure the environment created and new friendships forged."

"Amber and Lance are really kind, caring, supportive people. It was clear that they put a lot of thought into the retreat experience so that everything would be easy for the participants—there was very little I had to think about other than showing up on time! Even though they sent an itinerary in advance of the retreat, they sent out text reminders before each session so you didn’t have to look anything up. They had gift baskets waiting in everyone’s rooms that included “retreat essentials” like a medicine blanket and lavender scented eye pillow to use during practice each day. They checked in with each person to see how they were doing, and were ready to modify the class plans if needed. They were very easygoing about allowing people to take a break or leave sessions early if they wanted to. I’m not sure if the mix of participants I ended up with was by luck or Lance and Amber’s screening process, but the people in my group were lovely. We got along really well and elected to spend time together outside of yoga/hiking sessions. I was a little nervous about that aspect of the retreat, and was pleasantly surprised. Of course, the location was beyond compare. Torrey Pines is supremely gorgeous and unlike any other place I’ve been. Yoga on the beach, with the powerful crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean as our soundtrack, was unforgettable."

"My wife and I booked this trip on a lark, just looking for a relaxing getaway. And what we got was an experience unlike any other. Lance and Amber are both very friendly and knowledgeable yogis. Hiking in the morning with the group, lead by Lance, and then practicing yoga on the red rocks of Sedona was truly a relaxing yet exhilarating experience. And then more yoga and breath work with Amber in the afternoon made us feel even more centered, peaceful and healthy. We didn't know anyone in the group before arrival, but we quickly became friends with each of them as they were all dynamic fun people. We will likely make this at least an annual event for us."
